Bomb blasts by ISIS kill 24 people in Homs (Video)

Two bomb blasts occurred in the Zahraa government-held neighborhood of Homs Tuesday morning leaving 24 dead and dozens of wounded.

The first blast occurred when a regime security checkpoint was targeted by a car bomb, which was then followed by a suicide bombing.

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack.
