دانت محكمة سويسرية صاحب مؤسسة صرفت عاملة مسلمة لارتدائها الحجاب، وفقا لما أوردته أسبوعية سويسرية.
ونقلت وكالة “فرانس برس” عن أسبوعية “لوماتان ديمانش” أن محكمة إقليمية في برن اعتبرت، الشهر الماضي، أن المرأة الصربية عبيدة (29 عاما) صرفت تعسفيا من مصبغة كانت تعمل فيها.
ورفضت المحكمة حجة رب العمل الذي قال إن الصرف تم لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة، وحكمت عليه بدفع ثلاثة رواتب شهرية للمرأة، مع تعويض بقيمة 8 آلاف فرنك سويسري (7400 يورو).
واعتبرت المحكمة أن رب العمل خرق مادة دستورية تتعلق بحرية المعتقد ، ورحبت العديد من المنظمات النسائية المسلمة السويسرية بالحكم.
